Refund Policy

The Pensacola Redd Diamondz Step Team is committed to providing a great experience at all events and fundraisers. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase:

1. Ticketed Events and Fundraisers:

   • All sales are final unless the event is canceled by the Pensacola Redd Diamondz.

   • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

2. Donations and Sponsorships:

   • All donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

3. Refund Requests:

   • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to PRDiamondz.1@gmail.com.

   • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days.

4. Event Changes:

   • The Pensacola Redd Diamondz Step Team reserves the right to make changes to event dates, times, or locations. Refunds will only be provided if the event is fully canceled.
