Our Journey
The Pensacola Redd Diamondz began with a dream to create a step team that not only performed at the highest level but also provided a positive and supportive environment for young girls to grow. Over the years, we’ve expanded our reach and touched countless lives in our community, empowering our students to succeed academically, emotionally, and socially.
Our Founder
In 2015, at just 15 years old, Arielle Fields established the Pensacola Redd Diamondz Step Team in Pensacola, Florida. Driven by a passion for dance and a desire to create a positive outlet for young girls, Arielle laid the foundation for what would become a transformative sisterhood rooted in discipline, community service, and empowerment.
Under her leadership, the team has grown to include over 85 young women, ranging from ages 4 to 17, who embody the core values of commitment, education, and unity. Arielle's vision extends beyond performance; she aims to inspire her dancers to pursue higher education, with many members now considering colleges like Florida A&M University, thanks to exposure to the HBCU experience through team activities.
Arielle's dedication to her dancers and community continues to drive the Red Diamondz' mission of fostering leadership, confidence, and a sense of belonging among young women.

Our Impact
At the Pensacola Redd Diamondz Step Team, we understand that our purpose goes beyond the rhythmic stomps and chants on the stage. Our goal is to use the art of stepping to inspire our dancers and uplift the communities we are part of. We are deeply committed to not only creating an environment where our young women can grow in confidence, leadership, and skill but also making a positive impact on the world around us.
Community Service: Stepping for Change
The Pensacola Redd Diamondz are more than a team, they are a force for good in the community. We believe that true greatness comes from giving back, and our students are encouraged to use their platform to serve others. From fundraising for local causes to offering their time and energy to community events, our team consistently seeks ways to make a difference.
Here are just a few of the ways we’ve made an impact through community service:
Youth Mentorship Programs: Our students take the lead in mentoring younger kids, particularly in the arts and leadership. They inspire the next generation of performers and community leaders, sharing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and persistence.
Volunteer Initiatives: Our team members volunteer their time in various community efforts, such as helping with local cleanups, supporting food banks, and organizing donation drives. We aim to teach our students the importance of giving and the difference one individual can make.
Whether you want to step, sponsor, or contribute in other ways, your involvement can help us continue to grow and inspire. Together, we can create a positive impact, one step at a time.
